Meet Bruttus and Sampson

Below is a message from Bruttus and Sampson, our 2018 MAC Mascots. Bruttus and Sampson will be featured on social media, attend special events and help fundraising for Midtown Assistance Center. I hope you’ll follow them throughout the year as they represent MAC’s mission to prevent hunger and homelessness in our community.

Hi! We are Bruttus and Sampson.

Our mom and dad rescued us when we were little babies. We are so happy we got to stay together because we hate being apart, even though we drive each other crazy sometimes. Our size can be intimidating, but we just love to give kisses and nap! We’ve been expert nappers since we were little, and for some reason our mom loves to take pictures of us sleeping.

We have an older brother, a chihuahua named Bruno. He’s grumpy and doesn’t like to play with us. Our mom thought we spent too much time on the couch and wanted us to get out and meet new people.

That’s why were happy to be the new mascots of MAC!
