Meet Danielle!

This fall, Danielle joined the MAC team as our BSW Intern! We are so grateful for her time and talents. Learn more about Danielle in her bio below:

Hello, My name is Danielle; I am a senior in the Bachelor of Social Work  program at Georgia State University. I am aiming to graduate in the spring of 2021 and immediately continuing onto the masters of Social Work program. I aspire to work within the field of medical social work or, for a community outreach based program, providing case management for clients.

The reason I chose MAC for my placement is that I am familiar with the population of clients they provide services. I believe that my interning for MAC will only enhance my skills and comfort level as I broaden my background in the field of Social Work.

Danielle has been helping us update resources, answer client calls, perform client follow-up and plan our Christmas program.
